Location and Traveling Information

The summer school will be held at the Institute of Applied and Computational Mathematics (IACM) (Room 1, 1st floor, main building, directions) of Foundation of Research and Technology Hellas (FORTH), Heraklion Crete, GREECE.

Heraklion can be reached either by plane or by boat from Athens. In particular during summer time there are direct flights to Heraklion from several European cities. Flight time to and from Athens is approximately 60 minutes. The boats sail either during the night - an approximate 10 hour trip - or during the day - an approximate 6 hour trip.
